For Hearts That Have Never Been Loved

We pine after movie stars, We envy the women. Antonio, Leonardo, Brad, Dougray They are the men we live for. We are the women society doesn’t see, Or rather, chooses not to see. We are not ugly, or perhaps we are At least to those we desire. We may be beautiful inside, Have a glow that is held inside our bodies Yet it cannot be released Because others, unaware of it, Ignore it completely. We have so much to offer those around us, We can love like the movies We can hold and be held. Yet we are looked over for beauty; We, who are beautiful on the inside Wither.
